All materials presented in this tab are for the ongoing training of the clergy and to assist in those matters particular to their needs and functions.  All forms should be printed on 8.5" x 11" white bond paper and be submitted with original signitures.  Copies, facsimilies or electronically returned forms are not acceptable.
